Please read them carefully. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, kindly do not use the platform.

1. Nature of Services

BrokerBuddy.in is India’s dedicated online networking platform exclusively for real estate brokers. The platform does not sell, lease, or promote any specific property or real estate service. We do not act as agents, builders, or developers.

Our role is limited to enabling registered brokers to:

  • Share and access property listings

  • Connect and collaborate with other brokers

  • Grow their business through verified partnerships

All transactions and negotiations are handled solely between the brokers or parties involved. BrokerBuddy.in is not involved in any part of the property deal.

2. No Guarantee or Endorsement

The information, listings, messages, and details posted by brokers on the platform are not verified or guaranteed by BrokerBuddy.in.

We do not:

  • Endorse or certify any broker, listing, or project

  • Guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any information

  • Accept any liability for direct, indirect, or consequential losses resulting from the use of such information

All listings, images, FAQs, and tools (together referred to as “Information”) are provided for general reference only and should not be construed as legal or commercial advice.

3. Independent Platform

BrokerBuddy.in is an independent service provider and has no connection with government bodies, RERA authorities, or regulatory institutions. It does not guarantee or influence the outcome of any property-related deal, listing visibility, or transaction success.

4. User Responsibility

By registering and using BrokerBuddy.in, you confirm:

  • You are a registered real estate broker or agent

  • The information and listings you upload are true, accurate, and lawful

  • You will not use the platform for fraudulent, misleading, or illegal activities

  • You are solely responsible for verifying any property, broker, or deal you engage with

Users are expected to perform their own due diligence before engaging in any property-related transaction.

5. No Offer or Solicitation

Nothing on this website should be interpreted as an offer, solicitation, or invitation to purchase, rent, or invest in any property. By posting a property requirement or listing, you authorize BrokerBuddy.in to share your details with verified brokers for networking purposes only.

6. Communication Consent

By using the platform, you consent to:

  • Receiving calls, SMS, WhatsApp messages, or emails from BrokerBuddy.in and verified brokers regarding your requirement or listing

  • Display of your shared content or contact (limited as per privacy settings) to other registered users on the platform

This communication may continue for up to 365 days from your registration or last login.

7. Use of Personal Information

Any information, documents, or contact details provided by users may be stored and shared by BrokerBuddy.in and its platform partners:

  • To fulfill the service

  • For verification and platform security

  • In compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

We are not obligated to delete such information unless legally required or upon written request, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

8. Limitation of Liability

BrokerBuddy.in (including its parent company, employees, partners, and affiliates) shall not be liable for:

BrokerBuddy.in may display advertisements or content by third parties. We:

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in Gurugram, haryana or such jurisdiction as deemed appropriate by the company.
